Once you've had the Charts Email interface set up, guests with email addresses can receive their booking confirmation by email. The confirmation can be sent automatically at night audit, or manually. An email confirmation can be created to suit your hotel's design requirements. Following are examples of email confirmations used by some of our clients:

Email confirmations can contain the following details:

• Arrival/Departure Date
• Confirmation Number
• Number of People
• Total Cost
• Package Inclusions
• Room Type
• Number of Rooms etc.

So all you need is the following:

• A valid email address
• User name / password for that email address (if any)
• SMTP server address
• Email address for daily email sending

The Charts Email interface allows you to send daily, weekly, monthly Charts reports via email. To send copies to others you can also use the CC/BCC function. Once the night audit stage is completed, Charts sends the report files to your required email address/es.
