Properties using the Charts Portal Interface should be aware that occasionally a reservation will go to the waitlist rather than directly into Charts. This will happen if the interface has a problem matching the reservation taken on the portal with the information in Charts. This usually occurs when room type names have changed on the Portal website and Charts is unable to match it with the room types within Charts.

Reservations in waitlist should be confirmed as soon as possible so as to avoid any overbooking issues, or problems with running night audit on the night the guest is due to arrive.
