There will be an additional charge of $3.00 per night per person if you aren't a member of Hostelling International. Your credit card has only been used to secure your booking and will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation. We are located at: 32 S. Bank Street, Philadelphia PA 19106. Please visit the Directions page of our website for directions to our hostel. We require that upon check in each guest must provide a valid foreign passport, a Canadian driver's license or a valid out-of-state college ID. If you are using a college ID, than it must be accompanied by a government-issued ID showing that you live outside a 100-mile radius of Philadelphia. You must be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or a school-appointed chaperone. Men who are not traveling with women are not permitted to check into our Couples-only dorm room, no exceptions. (We have a Couples-only dorm room and Private Rooms that we only offer on www.applehostels.com) You can pay by cash, travelers check, Visa or MasterCard. If you wish to extend your stay after you have arrived than the regular rate (not the internet rate) will apply. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so by 6:00 pm (18:00 hr) Philadelphia time on the day prior to your arrival date, otherwise we have to charge you a cancellation fee(equal to the amount for the first night of your reservation). If you made your reservation through our website, www.applehostels.com, you can view or cancel your reservation using the booking number and security code you received by clicking here: Apple Hostels of Philadelphia booking page (Booking number: 5861). Our reception desk is open 24 hours-a-day, however, check-in time starts at 2:00pm (14:00 hr). If you arrive before then, you can put your luggage in our day storage while you're waiting. You're welcome to wait in our lounge, use our kitchen, use our internet kiosks or free WiFi.
