Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of
arrival, check-out required by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Baggage storage is available for guests arriving & departing outside
of these hours.

Notification of any cancellation is required at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee being charged to your credit card (or to any other proof of guarantee provided).

Desired method of payment is required during
check-in. If your booking was guaranteed by a credit card, the card
must be sighted by Reception during check-in.

Total amount of accommodation must be prepaid at
check-in including a $150 deposit as bond for all rooms & suites for accounts settled by cash, Eftpos or Visa Debit Cards. This deposit is fully
refundable during check-out.
