OnLine Systems is an Australian owned company, established in Sydney in 1986, and dedicated to providing the hospitality industry with a variety of computer based programs to manage the Front Office area. In the '80s and early '90s our InnKeeper software system was the most popular program for the management of the average motel, and was used by the majority of NSW Colleges of TAFE for teaching Front Office procedures.

Based on extensive market research, user feedback and the experience gained with InnKeeper, a more sophisticated program, Charts, was developed. The flexibility of the Charts software system allows it to cater for many types of establishment – small motels, backpacker hostels and sophisticated 5 star hotels.
